We help clients see beyond the listing—assessing floor plans, renovation needs, neighborhood context, and design potential before they commit to a home.

Specification of fabrics, furnishings, finishes, accessories, artwork and architectural treatments.

Preparation of interior plans including floor plans, 3D elevations, technical drawings for millwork and design/build project management.

Advisement on exterior elevation details and material selections, window and door plans, reflected ceiling plans, and lighting locations.

Architect, contractor and trade suggestions within the scope of the project.

Continued inspection of all contracted work during the construction process to ensure the work meets professional standards and reflects the approved design direction.

We also review and track contractor billing throughout the construction process to help ensure that all payment requests align with the contractor’s agreed-upon payment schedule and the corresponding progress of work completed.

As part of our project management services, we also order, track, receive, and warehouse all surface-mounted materials and design-related items until they are needed on site. This includes tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinet hardware, lighting, and other finish materials during the building phase, as well as all furniture, accessories, and decorative items during the furnishings stage. When the contractors are ready for installation, we coordinate delivery of these items to the job site, helping to keep the process organized, efficient, and aligned with the overall project schedule.
