Tammy Randall Wood, ASID founder and principal, brings more than 20 years of experience to her firm. Believing in a thoughtful approach to integrating interior design and architecture, she and her staff are pleased to provide a full range of interior design services.  Offering guidance throughout every step of the design process from detailed conceptual sketches, construction and final furnishing, Interior Archaeology calls on its deep network of resources to meet any project’s needs as well as offer project management services when requested.  Tammy and her staff excel at collaboration between a client’s architect and contractors to ensure that every opportunity is captured during the design and build stages.

Interior Archaeology has established accounts with the world’s finest vendors in home furnishings from furniture, carpet, wallcovering, fabric, tile, lighting, and accessories to plumbing hardware and appliances.

In addition to an onsite sample room, serviced by representatives from leading vendors, Interior Archaeology’s staff attends the major furniture shows and visits exclusive workrooms each year to stay current in the best the market has to offer. 

For art, vintage items and unique finds, Interior Archaeology also has relationships with the country’s premier auction houses.  And for the bespoken need, Tammy often designs custom pieces made by a handful chosen artisans in cabinet making and upholstery. 

Window treatments are designed to a project’s specific needs, fabricated by trusted workrooms and installed by Interior Archaeology’s team of professionals.
